There was no such thing as a poker face when it came to Ray Stantz. Everything he thought and felt was generally written all over him and so there was no hiding the way he lit up, seeing Miller coming out of the office. Affection was written all over his face.
He leaned up slightly to return the peck, and it felt good to have that. "Hey," he greeted him, giving a glance at the cars for a moment. Truth be told, if he had the money for it he'd be getting himself a beater to tinker around on, but he had his baby already bought and paid for so he'd just be patient.
"Can you take a break for lunch? Meatball subs and they're still hot," he told him, hefting the bag up just slightly to indicate that they were inside, in their little insulated bag to keep them from warming up the Cokes.
"Surprise," he added with one of his ear to ear grins. He appreciated that Miller, like himself, was seemingly always hungry so he didn't have to worry about him having a lack of appetite for surprises like these.
