Having money troubles?

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
We understand. That's why we've done everything in our power to make Wrockstock affordable for everyone. Erockstock is the cheapest HP event going, and open to all ages, but there are ways still to make it even more affordable. The first and foremost step would be to find some roomates! It not only helps to cut down the price per person, but you'll make friends that will last a life time!

There are several groups of people who are willing to share their cabin or room with you. Our little family is growing everyday, and we'd love for you to be part of it! Lots of people shacked up together last year, to great success... many formed lifelong friendships with thier cabinmates. Sharing a room at Wrockstock not only allows more people attend, but it saves money.

A Guest Room by yourself will cost $149 a night.
but a Guest Room shared with 3 other people will cost you $84 a night.

A Loft Suite by yourself will cost $169 a night.
but a Loft Suite shared with 5 other people will cost you $78 a night.

A Family cabin by yourself ... well that's not allowed, but it would cost $299
but a Family cabin shared with 9 other people will cost you $83 a night.

Don't forget... all your meals are included with your room price along with use of all the fun stuff there is to do at Trout Lodge when we're not rocking our faces off in the Room of Wrockquirement. We'd hate for someone to mis out on Wrockstock because they felt they couldn't afford it, when there are so many people just waiting for the chance to share a room with you! To find some room mates, check out the Travel and Transportation Board at the Wrockstock Fourms!

As a side note, I found roomates in this exact fashion last year. I didn't think I could afford Wrockstock last year but several of the awesome people going came to my resuce and offered me a spot in their cabin. I was brand new to wrock, and to any sort of convention for Harry Potter, and the people in my cabin were great help making sure that I understood everything and that I felt comfortable with them all. The best thing about rooming with them, though, is that I am still close to several people from our cabin. We really did make friendships that will last a lifetime, and I can't wait to do it all over again this year.
