"Well ..." Jaime's brow furrowed. "I think so? I mean they're not going to be funding us forever. I picked up a few applications the other day when Robin took me out to lunch." Jaime felt vaguely smug and just a little clever at the wording. Robin hadn't taken her anywhere, after all. They'd just happened to meet up and go somewhere together.
"But I haven't heard back from any of the ones I turned in applications for yet." She shrugged and smiled.
