"That makes sense," he decided. He glanced over at her from time to time, feeling a great deal of respect for the girl. Somehow, he felt less like a monster, now, because of her. He wasn't sure if she knew how her words were making him feel, but he would probably say thank you before they parted.
"The weather's a bit blah, but other than that, it's not too bad," he answered. "I don't really get out too much, so I don't know what's there to do other than the things on campus or walking through the forest."
"If you want, I can show you around the campus, when we get there." He offered, as an attempt to spend more time with someone who wasn't treating him like a monster.
