Who: Raven, Open What: Getting out of her room for a little while Where: random grassy area on campus When: Afternoon Warnings: Moody Raven
Her spell had been a bust. A lot of flash with absolutely no result. She didn't even see a window open up to Azarath. That spell was the most powerful spell she knew, and it had no effect on the situation.
Raven left her room in a fit of annoyance. It's not like she couldn't basically be alone in there, but she just felt as though she needed some fresh air or something. Perhaps she would find a place to meditate. She had no real place in mind to go, so she just floated down stairs and then across the grounds for a while.
She just couldn't believe that a spell so powerful that her father couldn't disrupt it, had no effect here. She truly was stuck. At least until Robin comes up with a plan. She hoped Robin's amazing ability to come through in a pinch would kick in soon, because she felt a little lost without her friends. Sure she had gone out and stopped a few robberies from taking place, she had failed to stop the biggest one. She didn't even have any ideas as to where to go with it. Everyone at the museum was telling the truth about not seeing anything. The place was completely clean of forced entry. It was the type of crime that would call for the Titans', namely Robin, to find some small clue and solve the mystery, but she was at a dead end on it.
She found a tree somewhere in the middle of the grounds and sat down under it. She just needed to clear her mind. There was just something small she was missing, and she was allowing her mind to become to scattered. She closed her eyes and began chanting her mantra to herself, "Azarath Metrion Zinthos," over and over again as she allowed her mind to become clearer.
