Who: Remus, Raven What: Just a talk, that's all Where: Campus grounds, near the tennis court When: Early evening, May 28 Warning: None for now
It was another unusually hot day, but Remus was not in too bad of spirits, all things considered. So far as he knew, everything had gone as smoothly as he could have possibly expected. There were no headlines of horror, nor anything that indicated anyone had seen or heard him. Anyone, that was, besides Raven. Remus rather hoped she had forgotten about the whole thing, but he suspected that was probably wishful thinking.
He had returned to his room sometime earlier in the day all in one piece. And really, he was just thankful. The most telling sign of what he'd been doing for the past thirty hours or so was one long scar that ran from the base of his skull down across his left shoulder. A minor inconvenience in the end.
He had no desire to stay inside after the long night; he rarely ever did. He was exhausted, but also far too restless to stay cooped up. And though he thought he should probably try and learn how to use the computer in his room and access the 'internet,' he frankly was in no mood to struggle with advanced Muggle technology. Instead, he took the time to clean up and shower. He donned trousers and a collared shirt, covering up the fresh scar, before heading outside to the unrelenting heat of the sun.
Having no particular place to go, he wandered for a while before settling on a cool spot in the shadows of a tree beside the tennis court. He sat back against it and stretched out lazily, his hands crossed behind his head and his eyes closed as he listened to the quiet hum of activity around him.
