Hello everyone! Lee here with a slight transformation. This guy was an NPC, and now I say the magic words and he's a character! :)

Barret Elliot, the half man half genetic experiment gone wrong. He's nicer than he looks, but because of his looks, he's not too social, so feel free to poke him with characters.
