Do you really think they'll give us who we want? Do you think they'll arrange your marriage with Lucius? Don't be daft, Cissa, think again."
Bellatrix knew what the consequences would be if others heard, and she had been keeping her voice down for the entire conversation. She didn't want to let on to Narcissa that she cared about being overheard, though, and did her best to act calm and dismissive.
