I'm settling. Always would rather be home with the Thundercats than forced to be around people. But it's the nature of the job even if it's a scary nature and far less shiny than how they originally put it in the introduction interview or initial touring processes. I've been to all the facilities to gain some introspective of what I'm dealing with here.
No one is doing their jobs. I have to maintain R&D research for most of the East coast. My colleagues are insane. I threw away most of the research that was left over by the people in R&D last. It was very sad. There was nothing for me to work with because their notation skills were pitiful. I really, really hope you are having a better time with adapting to this place. But then again, I adapt slowly. I'll probably be bitching about this next year.
