"You were never meant to be head of household, so that doesn't hold much credit. You haven't had the training to do it as you should, hence the reason you're here. You were meant to be a wife, nothing more." he responded, not bothering to watch how harsh the words might come a cross. He didn't mince words and he surely wasn't going to lie over something as obvious as this.
"But I suppose giving credit where credit is due is not such a terrible thing." he responded, giving her a once over.
