Hello, everyone!
My name is Kaye, and I'm not in the game (yet, hopefully?), but I was hoping to get a few brains to pick for some help with plotty stuff? Other than Hales, of course, who was the one who dragged me here.
This is Mikey. She's going to be a human who believes in aliens and (possibly) the supernatural. But not a hunter! I have three plotty ideas for her, so if anyone is interested in jumping in or can help me decide, that would be loooovely. Here are the ideas:
1. Within the past 15 years or so, someone close to Mikey just up and vanished one day. Since that day, she's believed they were abducted by aliens. They were actually turned into a werewolf and taken away by the pack to learn the ways of the wolfiness. She's slowly caught onto sorta the half-baked truth and has managed to track them down to Colorado, though she still doesn't know what she's going to find. (Obviously, this would be a line with one of the younger wolves. She could be an old neighbor, been babysat by someone, a niece, been that girl that the boy promised he'd marry when they were 10 yrs old because we know how well that turns out... Whatever strikes your fancy, really!)
2. Mikey's love in the unknown, UFOs, and crazy happenings has led her to Colorado where, unbeknownst to her, her ancestor happens to be. And still alive too, imagine that. I had a brief thought of her being from Ireland, which is what led to this idea. (I said that making Mikey from Ireland might be fun, and Hales said, "Hm, we have someone from Ireland, but he's as old as dirt." To which I replied, "Hm... that's interesting." And there you go.) But obvs, this would work for just about any oldie wolf, no matter where they're from.
3. All it took was Mikey to meet the same person in a 10 yr span and realize that they hadn't aged nearly a day for her to know that there was something fishy about that "clan." Now, she's tracked them to Colorado, where she's latched onto one of the "aliens," intent on discovering their secret! Really, any wolfie interested in this one would work. Anybody want a stalker?
Yeah, those are my half-baked ideas. Sorry for the wordiness! Please let me know if any of this strikes a cord with anyone or if anyone has a use for a human in another way. =)
