Meet Officer Makayla "Mac" O'Neill. She's a southern gal with the Colorado Springs PD. She's been with them for about five years, and is beginning to notice some strange goings on. She's plain jane human, but make no mistake. She can kick your butt because Kung Fu doesn't rely on strength.

She's got a sweet southern drawl, but a stubborn streak that's hidden beneath that girl next door demeanor. Do not be deceived by the seeming sweetness of a well dropped "bless your heart". :P

So once she's approved who wants to be arrested? I'm looking at YOU Quinns and extended troublemakers!

I have been trying to think of what to do with my girl Rachel here off and on all weekend...actually for the past week. I got nothing. It's been pretty depressing trying to get into her headspace. She honestly has no interest in snapping out of this fugue thing she's got going on, and I'm beginning to wonder if she needs to become a casualty. I wouldn't be entirely put out if I got rid of her somehow, but I'm open to ideas since I ain't gone none!

Bren needs to find Emery. And he's of the opinion that the hunters need to become the hunted.

Dani is opening up a dance studio to teach belly dance. Who wants to sign up?!

I'd like to show more of Jules than has been seen so far. She actually does have a spine and isn't the dishrag she's been seen to be. I figure I'll have her get a job in a salon.


So those are the plans or lack thereof that I've got. To be honest, and just to get it out there, I've been pretty gunshy about suggesting plots or try to do more than fluff/chance encounter stuff ever since the blow up. I'd like to get past that and get some funsies going!


ETA: Apparently not only are there the wildfires in CO that are still burning (I have yet to see a map and will try to find that info on line) but they are having record temps of over 100 degrees.

Hi lovelies! We're back and mostly settled. I think I've caught up on everything, but if I was supposed to start/reply to something, please let me know!

On another note, what do you all want to do about the dinner scene with Devon? Do we know who was planned to be there (just the Quinn family, or the whole pack?) We can either post a backdated thread or just assume that lots of awkwardness went down. I'm fine either way although the image of all those gruff men and Vi/Viv sitting around a dinner table amuses me to no end

So I just apped this guy here as Alpha of the Illinois pack. If he gets accepted would anyone like to play with him.

Rundown: He was born in Erice Sicily 377 years ago. His family immigrated to the United States and founded the Mafia up in Chicago. There they pretty much took over the city after Christian was turned. Long story short Chris gave the members of the family the choice to be turned or leave. Some stayed others "left" and when the FBI started getting to nosey they took up Seth's offer and moved to Colorado. He doesn't like people who asks too many questions and keeps his pack's business on the low.

Hi! Another character from Brandi. >> This is Rodica Lakatos. She's a Romani pyromancer. She was born in Hungary before she immigrated to the United States as a runaway, more or less. She doesn't have visions like Dani per se, but she can divine things from fire using various techniques. Her future readings are impressionistic more than 100% accurate, but she can tell you information about the past with pretty stellar accuracy. She needs tangible objects to do that though, while future stuff she can just divine with fire only.

Personality-wise, she's pretty wild and a hard partier. She has crazy mood swings without warning and blames it on her talent, though it's really just a heavily twisted and ignored manifestation of PTSD and maybe a dose of manic depression. She uses her ability as an excuse and a coping mechanism for just about everything. She's also a huge flirt and will shamelessly throw herself at anyone in order to have a good time. She's serious about pyromancing, but that's about it. She doesn't care who she divines for - wolves, hunters, whatever - so she can work for either or both sides.

So, lines for Rodie?! And, of course, I would also love lines for makiri (colorado wolf), loupchasseur (hunter), gemell (cali wolf), and wolfology (human zoologist). :] LETS PLOT THINGS, PLEASE? And I'm just saying, I would DIE for a wolf that Ivy (my little zoologist) can stalk like a weirdo fangirl because she omg seriously loves them, okay? And maybe try to tranq and tag, because lol, trying to tag a werewolf. I know most packs are anti-wolfing out right now, but maybe a rogue? Or a rebellious pack member? idk! >>

Say! Would it disrupt anything anyone has going on or planned for Bren and Kale to get arrested for fighting in public? :D

Hey guys, so when I brought Devon in he was on the fence as far as joining packs went, but he's pretty awful as a rogue. And I know the packs have their hands full with new blood, mourning and loss and just general change over all (those wildfires, wow) so I'm making a tentative pitch to push Devon to heavily consider joining California. A hunter is going to come after him until he gets his meeting with Bren. I didn't want to step on any toes since it does involve the California pack to a degree and of course, the hunter. bishelle has graciously helped me out with the idea. It's a loose idea and hopefully, one that'll have me playing with a whole bunch of you in no time!

So Dani is officially in need of a guardian now! Originally the idea was that her guardian wouldn't be part of a pack so affiliations wouldn't conflic, but that could change. I'd like to make more use of her abilities too. With the big loss she should/would have had a vision about that big of a change, but for expediency's sake I went with she didn't.

We have the opportunity now to get some plot rolling. Animosity between alphas. People trying to pick up the pieces of their lives. New folk coming to town, and hunters still on the loose with a whole bunch of wolves pissed off at them.

What shall we do?!

Right, so... I was out of touch for a few days, and I seemed to have missed a bunch of drama/turnover. Not entirely sure what's going on, but... Lex would be willing to step forward into a leadership role in any of the packs that need it, if you guys want. One of his main problems with JOINING a pack is his issue with following other peoples' orders, lol.

Hi, everyone! You can call me Z. I'm new here, bringing you a new wolf to come to play. This is Devon Close, PB Tobias Sørensen (currently covering the magazine NordicMan at most Barnes & Nobles). He's a former soldier, who was deployed in Germany around the time he turned 21. Devon got bitten one night during his service (totally his fault; he wandered off to track snipers). The first bite left scarring on his cheek before he escaped with another bite to the leg. Wasn't long before someone found out about his predicament. His nurse, also a wolf, took off with him and managed to smuggle themselves back to America. Devon joined a pack after a few years, but the pack had shoddy leadership and imploded, his mate was an early casualty. Disheartened by pack leaders, packs and his kind in general, Devon's spent more time rogue than he has in packs. However, it's hard to keep rogue forever, at least in his case when he was a good soldier boy otherwise, so he's come to Colorado Springs in hopes of possibly joining the California pack. He's extremely wary and mistrustful of packs overall, so he's got a slight chip on his shoulder over the fact that sometimes they act like such animals.

Despite all that, he's willing to live peacefully among them. He moonlights as a groundskeeper most of the time when he's not doing odd jobs just for the extra cash and to keep himself busy when the full moon comes around.

I don't have any set lines, other than the fact that he went to high school for 2 years with Violet. He's been all over Europe, the Midwest and spent some brief time in Canada so any and all lines are appreciated!

Hey guys, it's Kai and I've missed you all terribly! Since Rush is gone (I'm not sure what you guys decided happened to him, but my muse for him has vanished unfortunately), so in his place I bring you Harris Aminov. I'm hoping to bring him in as a human and the new sheriff in town. Literally. I think it would be interesting if he had grown up in Colorado Springs, went to college, didn't come back for twenty-some-odd years, and returns to find that some of the locals are exactly how he remembers them. I'm sure the Colorado Alpha will have a nice chit-chat with him about all those stories about werewolves roaming around in the woods.

Harris is just a good guy with a big heart. His job is to protect people and he takes it very seriously. Unfortunately, years as a city cop have jaded him ever so slightly. He tends to see things as either good or bad, black or white; no gray areas when it comes to justice. Though he's not the biggest guy around, Harris is not one to back down or cut an investigation short because things get eerie or dangerous.

I haven't gotten anything else set in stone yet, so he's pretty flexible for lines. I'm hoping to have him up and running next week sometime!

We're getting a new pack and stuff! Yay! I'm looking forward to the new developments (and maybe considering a new character for which I hate you all)!

Since we aren't going to skip any time there are some depressing things we need to push through. I don't want to disrespect what needs to happen so I'm not trying to be cheeky when I put it that way. We should maybe hash out the details and the timing of it all.

I'm going to be posting with Dani soon about Maier leaving, probably over the weekend. She'll be looking for a new guardian and I'll put that on the Wanted page.

The big one is the Texas stuff. How do we all want to do this and in what timing?

Since it seems to be the time to bring in new characters, this is Jackson "Jax" Miller (PB Dylan O'Brien from Teen Wolf) coming to you from Noelle. He's 16 about to turn 17 in a couple of months and he is a TOTAL spaz. Nerdy, quirky, full of energy and always going off on tangents about his latest obsession. Currently, he's obsessed with-- you guessed it-- werewolves! He is absolutely convinced that they exist and guess what? He wants to be turned by one. So, he begged and pleaded with his parents to finish high school in Colorado Springs and came here all the way from New York (another East Coaster for anyone who has folks from over there) to explore the area. I'm thinking he has one sibling, an older or younger sister, depending on if anyone wants to work with me on that and make one of their new kids related to him. Normal parents, normal life, he just happens to be a freak!

My eventual goal for him is to be a part of whatever pack will have him, either California, the new pack, or Colorado/Texas (Texrado? Colexas?). I will warn you, he is a handful. Not reckless per se but he doesn't exactly think before he does things. Luckily, to temper that, he is a bit of scaredy cat. He jumps and screams at pretty much everything, so God knows why the idiot is searching for werewolves of all things. Who knows! He thinks they're awesome in a holy-shit-look-at-those-teeth kind of way.

Anyway! Throw me your lines. Anyone want to be the pseudo-older brother who messes with/pranks him all the time? Anyone want to volunteer to be the wolf who turns him? I'm up for anything!

Hey, it's Joey again. So I've decided to finally bring in a muse that I've been sitting on for a few weeks. I'm bringing this boy in as soon as I get his app finished.

His name is Shaw MacCailan, he's an older wolf, and I was thinking of having him be the enforcer for the Cali pack. I know Pepper was looking for a James McAvoy PB to be Matt Quinn's best friend, so I am still totally more than up for that line. Other than that, I'm open to any and all lines with him, Quinn and Cali pack or otherwise.

He's a fun wolf, and also bit of a hedonist. He enjoys spending a whole night drinking beer and talking about whatever comes into his head. He's a shameless flirt and he doesn't discriminate. Aside from that, he's a very loyal wolf and is very protective over what and who he considers his. I'd love an enemy line - he hates most English people with a fiery passion due to the fact that he was around during the war between Scotland and England - or more friends for him because he's a very social wolf.

I'm open for anything! Throw 'em at me. (:

Hai! This is Ivy Birchfield, PB Candice Accola. She's 25 and she's a newbie zoologist/naturalist who has been working at the Colorado Wolf Sanctuary. Ivy is originally from Montana, but she spent her formative years traveling the globe with her biologist father. She's big into the outdoors and LOVES wolves. Her main area of study has been wolves and while she had originally intended to do work in and around Yellow Stone, she up and moved to Colorado when she heard rumors of a lot of wolf activity here.

I'm going on the assumption that wolves have most likely been spotted on occasion, along with things like footprints, etc. Probably not recently since the hunters cracked down, but prior to that. So she's late to the party, but that doesn't deter her at all! Because she is adorable and determined! The fact there are black wolves, white wolves, and I know a couple of characters look like wolf species not found in the area would make the sightings that much more flail-worthy for her because SHE WANTS TO PROTECT YOU. Even though, you know, she has no idea the wolves are actually WEREwolves because that's just crazy.

Ivy is very, very friendly and very, very sweet. She's also very, very smart when it comes to biology and her field of expertise. That said, she can come off flippant and naive about other things because when she's not doing her job or hiking, she's reading Cosmo and watching E! and getting her nails done. SO, lines?

Hey ~wolfies. I've had my eye on you for awhile and I've thought about bringing this lady in. I have a few ideas; but before any of them become set in stone would she be needed for anything?

It's a bit late in the game to bring Dani and potential visions into the plots I think, but would anyone like to add on to their plots after the full moon and have her See something? This could be Bren/Vi/Emery or Trey/James/Elizabeth or Rudy/Beau.

So, hey! Joey again. I decided to finally bring in a wolf since my hunter's gotten so much action lately! I'd been sitting on the idea but then the whole 'bad wolf' thing got mentioned and I couldn't resist.

This is Anthoni Bakken (PB Joseph Morgan of Vampire Diaries fame), and he's generally known either as Tony or as Gabriel depending on who knows him and when they got to know him. He's a rogue wolf and has been since he was turned, always on the fringes of packs but he's a bit too reckless and careless to be a good fit into a pack setting. His full bio is here but it's relatively general.

If anyone wants to have history/a line with him, let me know! I'm relatively open for them (:

Mk so this bunny has been hopping in my brain for awhile now. I already know that ill be bringing in another character I just want to see if anybody would like this idea. Basic run down, my Guy (who'll probably be Joe Maganellio or however you spell that sexy beasts name) was a regular old human once upon a time and then got bitten. Up until that point he had no problem with werewolves but when he got turned he started to hate and subsequently hunt them. Rather than kill himself off, he uses his "curse" to his advantage to take out wolves even going so far as to infiltrate their packs.

That being said if I do bring him in I'd like for him to be working with the hunters undercover, feeding them information and such. What do you guys think?

Ok, so I forgot to check my boy's friends list for several days. I'm a horrible person. I really need to do something to get Lex more involved. Anyone have any ideas? I'm all ears.
