"You should apply at Rowdy's," he suggested with a shake of his head. "You'd be a big hit if you took up cocktail waitressing there, and then people wouldn't be grabbing on you."
Rudy liked Izzy and definitely didn't enjoy seeing her this grouchy and grumpy. He got up and headed for the counter, putting two pieces of bread in the toaster and retrieving butter from the fridge and a canister of cinnamon from the spice cabinet. He loved cinnamon toast, it was a comfort food from his childhood that he'd never really gotten over.
