The simple fact she was a ginger automatically took his mind for a moment back to Ireland. It might have been the feeling of deju vu that had done it for him as well. It was simple little association but it did it, he missed it, and he hadn't seen his island in over two hundred years. Logically, there was no way he could have met her before, not even a family member. She wasn't a were, her scent proved clear of that.
He was pulling an ear bud from his ear, he didn't like talking to strangers but he could be polite. Hearing her philosophy he chuckled, "How would you know it was poisonous though?" he questioned, a very good question or at least he thought so.
His eyes narrowed lightly with the question, there was something familiar but he couldn't place it. Given the fact he couldn't place it he was going to brush it off. "I don't believe so" he replied slowly. He shrugged, "Maybe we just both have one of those faces" he suggested, a common expression when people thought others at least looked familiar.
She didn't seem half bad, he went as far to gesture the open seat at his table, "Welcome to join me if you'd like."
