"Feisty," he mused, giving a low whistle as he watched her. "I like it." Madeline seemed to have a good sense of humor indeed and Tyler found himself prepared to lay the charm on heavy. That was of course till some guy called for her, the act causing him to inwardly roll his eyes though he showed no annoyance as he watched her go - his eyes admittedly stealing a peak at her behind as she went. Nice. She was indeed a cutie... he wondered which guy around here was his competition.
In all of Tyler's years he had yet to meet a cool chic without a boyfriend. Ok, well no, some didn't have a guy per-say but there was always someone they wanted or someone who thought they had them. His eyes made a quick pan of the bar, thus far no one was really sticking out. There were a couple frat like idiots at one end but there was no way a girl like her had the patience for them. They thought they were slick but she would roofie their drink before taking one home. Not enough charm. No he pictured her with someone less wanna be dominant and more emotional... she had enough bravado for two.
He continued to look and noted a rather weak looking guy not to far off. Nope. Not cool enough. She probably flirted with the geeks and losers but was always their best friend, always told them how amazing they are and how any girl would be lucky to have them. She would never tell them fat chance in hell and the guy would always fall in love and be heart broken by her. No, she needed someone more brooding, more mysterious. The guy who has no clue he is what girls chase but clearly has worked hard to dig out that notch.
He didn't see anyone that fit right here. He guessed though the guy would be a douche in his opinion. They usually were. So artsy or something else phony he had no patience for. Oh well. He took a couple swigs of his drink, grinning when he took the first sip. Oh yeah, she made it right. He put four bucks down on the bar and the rest he tucked into the front pocket for now. She would indeed be his regular bartender as far as he was concerned. She had made it nice and strong. He could feel the hair growing on his chest from each sip.
