Yoga had felt amazing that morning. It had really rejuvenated Kiera, which wasn't to say that it didn't always feel awesome. Today had just been a really great morning for it. She felt good, which had her in an extremely good mood, actually. Maybe that had prompted her to decide she wanted to get lunch, rather than making it herself?
Yoga was magical. Okay, maybe that was just taking it a little bit too far, but it had put Kiera in an exceptionally good mood. That was why after she'd filled out what she needed to for the yoga studio, Kiera got dressed pretty quickly, throwing on her jeans and the white button-up blouse that she had. Her hair was left down and her bag was thrown on her shoulder as she left. Of course, it wasn't morning now, the day had seemingly only gotten better.
Of course there were thoughts that weren't only about the day in Kiera's mind. She was also thinking about the fact that she had to go put some time in at the martial arts studio later, but that wasn't a chore at all. She enjoyed her jobs, luckily enough. The fact that she had some new students that were definite characters, and a lot of fun, might have been weighing on her head just a tad. They were interesting people and they definitely brought a bit more energy to the classroom. They were the type of students any teacher would have been glad to work with, actually. So, she was sure that it wasn't just her.
Kiera might have been a little lost in her thoughts. She did have a smile on her face, though. She was brought out of her thoughts by seeing a girl misstep and hit her knee pretty hard on the sidewalk. The woman winced and closed the distance between them, "Are you all right," she asked, automatically bending down to pick up a few of the things that had escaped their bags, "Let me help."
