She was pretty sure Alec was underestimating how many people liked him. He was just comparing himself to big-shot Tony W., his brother from another mother, but that wasn't fair to himself at all. Because he wasn't Tony. He wasn't Thea, or Dax, or even Fine Ass Nerd Alistair. He was Alec.
What wasn't to like?
Alec was a genuinely good person, and fun when he wanted to be. Admittedly, Thea was biased, but she didn't care. Alec was her best friend and deserved good things, no matter what he said. Maybe not to be lead actor without trying, but she was letting that go like that no-maj solo. Let it goooo, let it goooo, let Anna Alec be the staaaar.
