I write to you today with a light heart. For the past six months I have been engaged in a debate with the Ministry of Magic that has been kept under wraps due to its sensitive nature. However, now that a decision has been voted upon and approved the news will break and I thought it was only appropriate that you be the first to know.
From now on a new term will be added to not only the Wizarding dictionary, but allow children of mixed blood to feel more stable in the way they label themselves. Fullblood. Applicable to any witch and wizard who is not born strictly of Muggle parents, strictly of Pureblooded parents, or whose mixture of blood is more magical than the half-and-falf mixture of Halfblood.
I know this is an issue close to your heart. So I would like to present you with a framed copy of the new bill, as well as the first printed dictionary which includes the term 'fullblood.'
It is my deepest hope that you will serve the term proud.
My Deepest Regards, Annika Ahlstrom-Greengrass
