It's hunting season and the lambs are on the run WHO:MadWolf WHERE: The Diner WHEN: Tuesday, Noon WHAT: Jefferson needs Ruby's help planning this Bachelor gig for Hook. WARNING: Possible cursing, crude nature STATUS: Complete.
Planning a Bachelor's Party in a land where people were constantly in a state of peril, or at least dreading it, was like trying to get the waves on the beach to stop crashing for just long enough to wade out into the water without being massacred back against the sand. He just needed things to stop being awful for the duration of maybe a week, and he could finish this planning.
It didn't help that the resources for a 'proper' party weren't hosted here. Nor did Jefferson think he was well suited to put on such a thing, but Hook was his best friend, and he wasn't going to let him down. If he could do anything for him then he could suck it up and give him this.
Which was why he'd go to the running authority on crude, inappropriate good times (running in place right next to Killian). Also his next best friend.
Jefferson hoovered over the empty counter while Ruby went about her business behind it, somewhat rude to come here while she was working, but he didn't really consider anything here a serious career move. They were biding their time and feeding their sanity. Not to mention he knew she didn't care. "I have a location and the basics figured out. But I'm wondering more along the lines of food. Obviously, he will want to get his favorite level of intoxicated, but there should probably be food in there somewhere right?" And something other than dancers, he just didn't know what. Jefferson didn't have friends or the family to attend weddings for in the past.
