The touch to his face was... not quite uncomfortable, but it wasn't expected and it made him tense briefly. She clearly had no trouble touching or kissing him, and James was still adjusting. He could remember being touched quite a bit before the Soldier, or he thought he could remember it. He'd touched without a thought, slinging arms around other people's shoulders, pulling people closer.
Touching: maybe a subject to discuss along with nudity. Did her James have the same questions he did? Was it like Jefferson, where they were so close but very different under the surface?
He did pull back enough to shut the door. "The prosthetic is fully functional," he said, before pausing to shake himself. Simple question, simple actual person answer. "I mean, touchy--I broke another mug a little while ago, and my door's still off its hinges, but."
Taking a deep breath, James picked the coffee table up and set it on its end. "So. About what I remembered? It's a lot of... a lot of moving, I used to do it before the war."
