Clever, crafty, intellectual, it was all the same to Leslie. The point was like he had thought that he appreciated a working brain. Someone that could add to the conversation instead of having to be lead by some sort of string. Still, that part of the tavern would be up to him, and it depended on the ambiance he wanted to give.
Leslie beamed at his compliment, her smile crossing ear-to-ear as she considered that the go ahead to start drawing up plans for the business. She'd have to start straight away, she thought, and after this meeting with Hook she'd go to the general store and pick up some paper and drawing supplies.
"Well I just think you deserve a really wonderful place for your wonderful alcohol," she said to him just as he gave her a friendly squeeze. "The other places in town just seem so blargh. Your tavern would be the place to go once it's established. I'm pretty certain of that."
She smiled at him again, eyebrow cocked at his suggestion. "Well now that I'm a part of your crew should we seal it the pirate's way? That's good form, right?" She paused. "What exactly does the pirate's way involve?"
