"Chill?" Snow said lightly, looking at Leslie incredulously. "I can tell that you're very passionate and a great leader, Leslie. I don't think that those qualities really allow for 'chill.'" She chuckled some folding her arms and placing them on the table. "I think it's wonderful that you're so unwilling to let the chips fall where they may, here. Right now, we need intense."
Nodding at Leslie's explanation, she turned a few pages in her own binder, once again impressed by how organized Leslie had managed to be, in such a short amount of time. "You're right. They're not." She looked up at Leslie again, expression open, but honest. "Well, I can guarantee that coordinating with this particular... governing party is not something that we want, but a council? We may be able to do that."
