The idea of losing her sister was, well, pretty terrifying for Anna. They hadn't really been raised together - in the same cold, stuffy castle with one locked away didn't count - and so she was eager to make up for that lost time; they'd probably squabble and argue like sisters did, sometimes, but that was just a rite of passage. By now, Elsa had to know that Anna would always be there for her no matter what. She lit up, like a sparkling Christmas tree, at the offer of being an assistant in the library.
"Really? I'd love that!" The wattage was pretty bright, her sincerity quite genuine. "If you wouldn't mind, of course. I could still keep working at the dark brew...coffee place."
It was tempting to barrel on ahead, because she was proud and happy that Isaac had in fact settled a little - with a job and everything - and seemed to be more content here than he was back home, from what she'd heard of Beacon Hills. But she'd let him answer, naturally - just smiled at him, eyes shining.
