Elsa watched Hans walk away, trying to stop the trek out and through her feet her ice insisted on attempting as her anger flared. She needed to be calm about this. Yes, she knew just how treacherous Hans was, but the fact was that Anna didn't. Not now, at least. She couldn't blow up about this without her sister knowing the whole truth.
When she was sure he had no intention of returning, she turned, shifting her watery eyes to her little sister. She had hoped that Anna would have stayed safe in Arendelle, where she had an entire land full of people willing to protect her, but she couldn't deny that she'd missed her. Selfishly, part of her was overjoyed that Anna was here with her. For the most part, though, she was just sad that she couldn't save her from this.
But she couldn't get into that yet. One thing at a time.
"I've missed you so much," she started, pulling her sister into another hug. It was odd, though - she was expecting Anna to smell like home; like the chocolate she'd inevitably sneaked from the kitchen that morning, but she didn't. She smelled like... Marrowood. When she pulled away, Elsa realized why.
