Robert was strange, but he was an endearing sort of strange. Pinkie Pie couldn't put her hoof on it - or rather her finger - but something about him made her want to sit and listen to him all day. He was so smart and nice, if he had purple hair, she would swear she is listening to Twilight Sparkle. Pinkie Pie could tell they were going to get along famously. Then again, there really wasn't a person in this town she didn't get along with. It came with the territory of being so kind and friendly. It also helped that she had a flashy smile and a skill at baking to win over even the sourest of faces.
"Nope. It's not really likely, I haven't had an clashing appointments, and I don't think I've come across a Mirror Pond here, but you can never be too sure." Pinkie winked at Robert with a devious smirk, "After all, this town has come up with some really strange stuff so far." And Pinkie Pie was always amazed at what Marrowood threw at them each time. Granted, some of things that happened here were very scary, but Pinkie Pie tried to ignore those things. She was taught to laugh at the scary things, it would make them less scary --- however, here, it only made things scarier.
As he began to explain the tear, Pinkie Pie listened closely, taking in everything he said and making sure to remember it, "What if... you do create a tear, but it only leads back to here? Or -- somewhere else in town? Will it be considered a success or failure?" Tilting her head curiously, she glanced at Robert's hand as it rested on her shoulder once more. Blue eyes sparkled back up at Robert, a smile curling across her lips.
"Do I need that in writing, Mr. Lutece, or is that your solemn promise? What if you find a universe that is exactly parallel to the one I am from, completely identical in all intents and purposes, but it's not the universe I am from? Will I still have to go back?" Pinkie Pie was really stuck on being sent to a world that wasn't hers. She didn't want to risk showing up in another place like this, or worse, in another world like the Further, or a world full of demon-Pinkie Pies.
