Robert found it easy to keep up with Pinkie's ramblings, but despite his rapt attention on her he could not for the life of him figure out who (or what) was Mirror Pond Nana Pie or what this had to do with anything they were talking about. She did mention multiplying herself, which was interesting to Robert, but it more than likely involved some sort of magic since he highly doubted that the ponies had somehow found a way to make clones through science.
"Well, you won't have that problem here, will you," he said. "Everyone will know which is the real Pinkie Pie since we only have one Pinkie Pie." He wondered for a moment what they would do with multiple ponies that had turned human, or even more than one Pinkie Pie from a different reality. Would they be spreading their happiness around like this Pinkie Pie was? Would they have the same fascinating hair?
"Theoretically we should be able to direct the tears, but after speaking with Elizabeth we are unsure if we will be able to. The task at the moment will be simply to create a tear. That will be enough of an accomplishment and we can move forward from there." He placed his hand again on Pinkie's shoulder to reassure her.
"We are not travelling any place just yet, Miss. And if we do we shall make sure you go to the correct universe."
