The idea of being part of a dream was an interesting one, but not likely in Robert's mind. A shared hallucination perhaps - perhaps they had all been plugged into a system and their consciousness was placed in a simulation that they believed to be real. Those were all more likely than a dream, but he would not say that to Pinkie. He simply nodded his head, and then patted her shoulder to calm her.
"Rosalind and I are hoping to harness enough energy in order to power the portable tear device. If we do happen to create a tear... well, then we shall know it is possible and then we can work on directing the tears to our specific realities."
