"Emma has finished putting things away," she smiled as she wiped her hands on the sides of her jeans, heading into the main room after washing out what they had used earlier in dishes and putting them away.
Emma hadn't been nervous about today, not really. But the more she'd thought about it the more she'd realised how many people it was. And sure, mom and Ruby were friends, and Jefferson was getting along with everyone and she doubted Stiles would have issue. But James might be a little overwhelmed.
She made the note to not stick Ruby or Stiles next to him at dinner. "We left everything out for you, even cut up the chicken for you," she smirked at Jefferson, since he'd volunteered for cook duty. "Anyone want some wine while he hops to it?"
