WHO: Regina and Mary Margaret
WHAT: Magic and anger and things
WHEN: {backdated} July 10; afternoon
WHERE: Near the woods behind the Sleepy Hollow
RATING/STATUS: Lowish | In progress
Regina did not accept that she was stuck in this town with no way out. She didn't accept that she couldn't get to or have Henry. She just didn't. She couldn't. Being in a different realm wasn't a new concept for her, and neither was being stuck in that realm, but she knew that there was always a way out. You just had to look hard enough. It helped to know who had brought you and how, but it wasn't impossible to get out of if you didn't have that information. And Regina wasn't one to give up anyway. However, in order to get out, she needed her magic, and that was something she discovered early on that she didn't really have. It was like when magic had first come to Storybrooke. Her grip on it was tenuous at best. It was flimsy, inconsistent, barely capable of doing anything, really. It was annoying. So, after accidentally setting the drapes in her room on fire, Regina decided she needed a new place to practice her magic, and set off down the street next to the hotel. She stopped before she hit the woods--she didn't want to admit it, but they unnerved her, quite unlike the welcoming woods of the Enchanted Forest, or even Storybrooke--and started trying the simple task of creating (and sustaining) fire in her hand. "Dammit!" she yelled in frustration. |
