Hansel, Agent Barnes made a note, was not a man who was overly pleased with his presence. If anything, Agent Barnes was clearly unwelcome to even speak to him again. He wondered if this was natural temperament or if there was a reason Hansel was so sharp on this particular instance.
Then again, he supposed Agent Jefferson would not have been amused to be called Agent Barnes. Perhaps he'd offended him.
He didn't answer Hansel's comment with anything but a nod. He would talk to the incompetent agent about his strange double. Or maybe Agent Jefferson; he generally seemed to know more than the incompetent agent, anyway. Yes. He'd talk to Agent Jefferson about it.
