Rubbing her temples, Emma sighed slightly. She couldn't let this nonsense in town get to her, it couldn't affect what she was meat to be doing. She prided herself on not getting distracted by her personal problems and she needed to remember that. "It's fine."
It wasn't though, and she knew it. She'd off-shot the mark like she did when she was first practising, and that was a problem. "Let me just," gritting her teeth, Emma forced herself to try again, reaching past where the extinguisher came from to the shelves with the supplies, drawing almost the entire shelf of medication through to materialise on her desk. She tried for a reassuring smile, as if she could prove that she was fine with a smile. But she knew that it was shaky at best, she was entirely drained from just that. She really was tired, and more so now.
"Okay, so, I'll be fine." She amended. Maybe Ruby was right, she needed to go home more.
