Working? Lisa would hardly call it that. For the most part, her 'job'- more or less a thing to supply her own captive existence in Nightmare Town- was ringing people up, sweeping the floors, straightening the shelves, and shooting the shit with Robin when she was in. Tonight, her friend wasn't, and the store had been fairly deserted. So in order to keep herself from constant creep-outs by Ghosty Joe and his random staring from the back, Lisa had taken up reading behind the counter. That's where she'd been when the door rang with a newcomer- one she hadn't seen around the town before. Handsome in a very country home or family movie kind of way, and the accent certainly didn't hurt- Lisa had her brows raised in mild interest and friendly greeting.
"Unfortunately, yes-" she offered with a commiserative sort of smirk. "This isn't exactly what I'd planned my life around, but at least I won't starve to death in Horrorville. Haven't seen you around..."
