Who: Kate Bishop and America Chavez
Where: Hell's Kitchen (the restaurant in Sonheim Square)
When: Evening, Monday July 7
What: Dinner, gossip, probably no Young Avengering unless something goes seriously awry.
Warnings: None besides America's sassy mouth
Status: Ongoing
Now that she'd more or less gotten back onto good terms with Katniss, Kate no longer felt the need to avoid the restaurant in Sonheim Square. It was all for the best, too, since the food at the Sleepy Hollow was decidedly suspect and at Hell's Kitchen, she at least knew what she was getting wasn't made of people.
Even though America had a definite fondness for running her mouth, and her being there meant they were both in literal hell, Kate was grateful for the company. Loki was from her world too, yes, but he was Loki and couldn't be trusted. With America, Kate knew where she stood and they worked together well. That said, though, they didn't exactly know each other all that well besides the general biographical details and an understanding of each other's capabilities in battle. Kate supposed that was what these dinners were for.
"Any luck on the door kicking?" Kate asked the question even though she already knew the answer. If America had any breakthroughs on that front, they already would be out of there.
