Emma just snorted, rolling her eyes and flapping her hand. She was probably more drunk than she should've let herself get, but it didn't feel like a bad thing, not really.
"It's just drinks." Emma shook her head, grinning a little. It was hot and loud and the music wasn't that good, but Ruby was playful and fun and Emma could feel it just seep into her. She was thrumming with the alcohol in her and she felt her cheeks heat with the flush from the inebriation.
"Jefferson's a poop, remember." Emma just grinned at Ruby on her shoulder, glad she'd opted for her own tank top rather than something with sleeves to make her feel even hotter than she was right then, "he'll prop up the bar and tell us when the fun's over."
