Hermione + Ginny
Ginny was so glad to be out of that hotel that she didn't have much of a preference in regards to bed assignments.
"Bottom is fine," Ginny said, flopping down on her new mattress. It was a bit lumpy but it was unstained and relatively clean, so Ginny took that as a step up from what she had before. She pulled out her wand as a habit, flicking it experimentally. She hadn't been able to produce any magic at all since she got to Marrowood and it was beginning to worry her. She had been around magic all her life and being without it made her feel all out of sorts. She hadn't told Hermione yet; she didn't want to worry her but maybe she'd have some insight into her newfound Squib-dom.
"So," Ginny said with forced casualness. "What sort of magic have you been able to do since you got here?"
