"And how would you suggest we pick one? We don't know each other, don't know where we all came from. We don't have bonds of trust outside the people we already know. Forcing a leadership position would only cause more trouble than not having a leader." So far, they were working well as a cohesive team. There were a few trips, people starting to form friendships and bonds out-with their groups, but all in all, they didn't know who to trust and who not to.
