Sansa was nervous. Sansa was always nervous, but she'd gotten very good at hiding it. That is- until she ended up here. Like being thrown into frozen lake, Marrowood was a shock to her system she'd had amazing difficulty adjusting to in the last couple days of being here. Tyrion's presence helped settle her slightly, but only slightly. Together, they were still fugitives regardless of their innocence and the fact that virtually no one knew who they were, but as smart as he was, even he didn't know exactly how to handle this place.
She'd been guarded with every other soul she encountered here, only telling a handful her name (and regretting it afterward, if only on impulse), but despite the unfamiliarity and the sense of being dropped into someone else's dream, there was a small glimmer of appeal to this new reality- or perhaps, Sansa was just reaching for reasons to survive here, too. Hope, for her, may have been a tiny candle flame in a winter storm, but it was warmth when there was none and often the only thing that kept her sane, and focused.
She attached that hope to the encounter she'd just agreed to. This Ruby, with the curse of the wolf blood, Sansa chose to view as a positive omen. She was offering to help, and though she would take it all with a very prominent grain of salt, Sansa would give her the benefit of the doubt. For now.
After agreeing to meet and perhaps stupidly giving Ruby the number displayed on her room door, Sansa made herself as presentable as possible, in spite of her lack of proper attire or handmaid to brush her hair.
