"Oh, there are all sorts of games!" Pinkie said with an excited giggle, "Cake eating contests, rodeos, seven-hoof dash. Bobbing for apples, who can cheer the loudest." There was a definite twinkle in Pinkie's blue eyes as she thought about all the fun stuff that went on around Ponyville, "Oh, Peeta..." She said with a sigh as she jumped off the counter, "I wish I could take you there to see it all. There are balls, parties, dancing... punch! Princesses... pin the tail on the pony. So much fun stuff." Pinkie Pie did a small giddy jump as she moved to the counter with all her cupcakes.
As he began to talk about his relationship with Katniss, Pinkie Pie tilted her head and listened carefully. She was an expert on relationships - mainly reading other people and knowing what to say and do. "Well... what do you want?" Her voice was softer, no longer holding that giddy, excitable tone. This was serious business now, and Pinkie wanted to help Peeta anywhere she could. He seemed like such a nice young man - attractive, too.
"I mean, I would think she would be crazy not to have feelings for you. You can bake, and you're friendly... and your hot. What's not to like, you know?" Pinkie flashed him a dazzling smile as she picked up the pipette of red frosting and began to decorate another cupcake.
