Hans had braced himself for some sort of repercussion that would follow Queen Elsa's entry about him, but so far none had come. That didn't mean he was entirely in the clear, of course. It was at least a bit of a relief, though, that he hadn't yet been thrown into the station. And in the meantime, Hans would keep an eye out for the man who'd suggested it to Elsa -- Booker, or whoever.
It'd taken some cajoling, thanks to the fact that he lacked any sort of prior employment, but Hans had managed to secure a post as stockboy at the clothing store in the town square. It sold basic, utilitarian clothing, of course, things he wouldn't have dared to wear back home thanks to his stature as prince, but he didn't want to sully the clothing he'd come with by wearing it to death in this place. And to celebrate his first payment, he bought a shirt and opted to stop by the Ratcatcher for a drink.
Hans put on an extra-haughty facial expression as he took a seat on a barstool, hoping it'd make up for his decidedly pauper-like appearance.
