Hopefully, if they could get the things back towards the wooded areas, there'd be a better shot for picking them off, less room for them to manoeuvre and less chance that these things could injure anyone else in town. Maybe even long enough for the others to figure out a way to get rid of them permanently.
Normally, Derek would need a little bit of an explanation on just what 'super solider' actually meant, but now was not really the time. He'd question that one later. Most of his werewolf abilities were slightly restricted, in that he wasn't just as fast, or as strong, or healed as quick as he should've. But he was still faster than the average human and then some.
"I can keep up." Letting the wolf to the surface meant his eyes flashing blue, Derek keeping his fangs back but his claws lengthening slightly, ready for engaging any of these things should they meet them. "Cutting through is quicker. Quicker is what we need."
