The Adventures of Lisa and Robin: Part 2
Robin didn't know what the hell kind of mannequins Lisa was talking about, she only knew the ones without faces in the window displays of New York, but she knew she didn't like whatever they were experiencing right now. The air was colder and she recoiled as wisps of the fog or smoke or mist -- whatever it was -- reached her eyes and nose.
"We should probably get out," Robin said quickly, doing a brilliant job of stating the obvious, and she squeezed Lisa's hand tighter as she tried to back away out of the water. But even though they must not have gone in all that far, the water was now up to her knees and was rising the more she struggled to reverse her steps.
