She would really rather that he was angry at her for a while, let him get past what she did, she knew that they had cracks to repair now. It would be better if he didn't just brush it off, as if it was something else to ignore. Emma didn't want that, she wasn't sure what she wanted any more, but it wasn't to just ignore what she'd done.
It wasn't something she was ready to face just yet though, and it would likely be difficult to push through, so distractions were good.
"Oh yeah? Well, have you been treated to grilled cheese yet? Enough to clog your arteries and raise you blood pressure for sure." Food was always a good distraction.
