Considering how long they'd been in there, and how many meals Emma had skipped while searching for information on how to get them out, or at least attempting to get ready for them all to get out, well... She wasn't going to make much noise about making sure she was eating. The coffee she'd all but lived on while they were missing had probably rotted away some more of her stomach lining.
