I'm prisoned, but believing. WHO:Jeanette Voerman & Leslie Knope WHEN: Monday afternoon WHERE: Diner in Grimoire WHAT: Discussions regarding the vampirism thing WARNINGS: TBD STATUS: In-Progress
Jeanette was very much aware that there were certain aspects of her ... curse, that were moderately off-putting. Shepard hadn't been overly thrilled to discover things, but then Andy had seemed positively enthused with it. Most likely, it came down to the person. And so far, Leslie was proving a safe bet on knowing about her and Therese.
And Jeanette liked Leslie, she did. She was so lively and bubbly and free. Even in this place, where most of the humans got steadily more depressed as time went on, Leslie seemed to just brush it off and bounce back, and Jeanette adored that about the human. She was seriously considering adopting Leslie as a pet, regardless of whether or not she helped to feed the sisters. Therese learned to deal with Shepard, she could learn to deal with Leslie.
It really wasn't too surprising that Leslie might have some questions, so Jeanette was happy to answer them. Especially if it led to food, there were only so many blood packets she could stomach. Jeanette liked a pulse attached to her food. For purely hedonistic reasons. "So," Jeanette folded her arms in front of her on the table they were sitting at, smiling as innocently as her deviousness allowed, "do you wanna have some small talk first?" It was always nice to offer.
