Before he was very much against heels in a life or death situation but seeing as they didn't stop Claire any he wouldn't dare speak against the babies. Especially if they were going to be used to clobber. This was something Owen would always vote yes to seeing.
"I think they don't care for the concept of certain labels and how they're thrown around." He waved his fork around for emphasis before putting it down because, woah, who ate his salad? The way she was trying to figure out how to work her way around things, organize it in her head, he knew where she was getting at. Sincere Claire was a cute one. "I don't think labels are stupid unless you're going to try and actually stick one on my forehead. Then we might have some problems."
In fact Owen liked the idea of a few labels here and there. Surprisingly enough he did like order, he was in the Navy. He knew that it was needed for things. But trying to get Claire to ease up and take things on a case by case basis or go with the flow was also more fun and appealing.
"Oh you don't have to stop, I was just reminding you. In case you happened to forget or the redhead spice got in the way of your intuitive thinking." Wink wink.
