The hug was a bit like a spring attack, but Ruby just smiled. She was usually the overly excited one in the group, so it was a bit of a change to be the one being jumped on. "I'm sure we will," It wasn't all that hard to make friends here she guessed, apparently she'd had a few the last time she'd visited, and she was getting along fairly well with quiet a few people now too. "And there won't need to be a scheme involved."
That was far too much like Regina, and Ruby was just no about it all.
"Well, animals are great. I tend to put them ill at ease though." The wolf under her skin seemed to set most animals off in some really weird ways. "God, Harley, no, I do not want a sparkly pink collar, I told you I wasn't into that stuff." It was cute, really. That she went to this bother to make a friend, even if it was in the weirdest ways possible. "Maybe we'll be able to track down something that you can make your pet though."
