With a proud little growl to herself, Blue slipped out under some of the brush, moving around to stick to the Alpha's shoulder, listening to the rest of the forest and working out where Rex was just now. Far enough away, it was fine just now.
He liked her den, it wasn't that far away, nothing was nearby her, this was it. Of course now they'd finished the exercise, she didn't know what they were doing. Nothing was really still in the forest, it was strange how it all moved, but nothing was largely out of place.
Except the Alpha. He was meant to take care of the pets. Were they meant to bring the pets out to hide too? They couldn't fit in her den. Later, she'd work out where their dens were later, trace the scents if she could. She chirped in question and the next move, what the next drill was. Shuffling on her feet and keeping watch.
