who daeny & ten what formally meeting! (aka ten's quest to meet every blonde woman in the game without me realizing that's all he'd been doing where lobby and.. beyond! when after their conversation warnings nothing major, will change as needed!
Meeting people here gave him a sense of purpose. Each brand new face from a universe of which he possessed no knowledge intrigued him. He wanted to get to know every person brought to this unusually removed town. Everyone that arrived had something to offer in any attempts to leave. He may have been short a TARDIS, but at least one person here believed in him; he wouldn't let her down. One way or another, he would connect the dots between the people and their points of origins and find out where they intersected. Then, he'd get them back home.
And perhaps he would get a chance to shuffle off to a brand new universe to help Daenerys peacefully reclaim her throne. Eager to meet the mother of dragons, the Doctor had also been difficult to pry off the network device. He was a talker through and through, it was easier wrestling nonsense out of him than a companionable silence; he couldn't stay still. The best way to silence him was to dredge up guilt, and he carried enough of that with him already.
With a bounce in his step and a silent reluctance to be venturing off without Rose, he made his way to the designated meeting spot. He held absolutely no expectations of height or dress, only that the woman he'd been speaking to must have looked brilliant. When he did spy her, he broke into a delighted smile over his suspicions being confirmed. She didn't look human, not by his eyes, though he could see why one might find he indistinguishably from one. But then, at the same time, she did. It was difficult for him to read, and the Doctor did love a good puzzle. She was much more than that though, mysteries were just pockets found in a beloved coat that hadn't ever been seen.
Speaking of pockets, his hands were stuffed comfortably within the confines of his overcoat's own. He towered over Daenerys unexpectedly, but didn't feel like he was altogether the imposing one. He was looking forward to getting to know her and it showed.
"Hello! Right and proper this time," he greeted. "Ready for your tour, your majesty?"
