Shaking her head at the offer, a small smile on her face to avoid the wide, fanged grin she might give alternatively, possibly a little too off-putting for people. Jeanette pushed herself to sit on a nearby desk, legs kicking back and forth as she rocked a little on her butt. "Well, Therese owns the art gallery in town, it's small but there're some super interesting things going on." Like haunted paintings and possessed paints and the blood art, Jeanette loved the blood art.
She kind of liked to just mess things up for Therese too by sending people to go and slash up the paintings for fun! She really liked when demons manifested from them to eat the people so that Jeanette never had to actually pay anyone too.
"I tend to be more involved in the fun stuff. Like the pier and putting on competitions and having rides and cool stuff there." Jeanette was the one that made sure Santa Monica was busy, she got people in, she got them interested; the pier, the night club, the decor in the apartment complexes. That was Jeanette. Therese just put her scowly face on and pretended to be in charge of everything. "We run a construction group too, doing up old buildings, keeping the heritage of the place." And the murderous ghosts in the buildings for fun!
"So you'd need to learn things? Like a therapist?" That sounded a lot more complicated and boring. She'd never been profiled. She'd seen a therapist. She didn't like it. After her embrace, she'd eaten two therapists just because. Never ever turn one, they were just so dull. "What's the worst you've ever seen?" Serial killers, murders, death and blood and gore, sweet Caine it sounded wonderful.
