Bellamy cursed as he walked around to the back of the cabin. He hated the generators, they always shut off and he would always have to restart them. At least by now, it didn't take him long and as he knew it would, the generators roared to life. He couldn't see if the lights were on or off inside the cabin, but he figured they were on. He used his lighter to look over the surrounding area just to make sure that nothing would obstruct it again and when he thought it was all clear, he stood up, but he noticed something.
Footprints.
Raising his eyebrow, it wasn't exactly uncommon, but the footprints went out toward the woods - or actually, they came from the woods. The part of the woods that led to the highway and the campers were not allowed to go through. He followed the footprints and noticed they stopped at a window. He looked ahead and then around because he thought that maybe for some reason, Caroline was meeting someone else. He had no idea there was an escaped convict.
He walked around to the front of the cabin, walking inside. The lights were on, the music was playing and there was Caroline in just a t-shirt. He smirked and closed the door behind him.
"If I didn't know any better, I'd say you were planning something," he said, walking toward her, not at all realizing there was a murderer hiding in the cabin.
